What are some tips for draining a mold?

Drainage

If the thickness of your slip is about 3/16” in the mold, it is about ready to be drained unless you want a particularly thick piece.
After draining a mold, be sure to set it back upright to prevent the formation of nipples or lumps on the bottom surface.
